Luke Walker
Head of Instruction
PGA Qualified. Trackman Certified

Luke Walker
Luke Walker started playing when he was 11 years old and quickly got hooked. After success as a Junior, playing in all of the UK’s biggest Amateur events, he decided to turn professional at 17 years of age playing off of a scratch handicap. Whilst playing on the Europro and PGA South Region tours, he opted to do his PGA Certificate and become a Coach. He has been coaching for the past 12 years at Sunbury Golf and now Next Level Golf. Having built a thriving Academy and delivered over 20,000 lessons, his passion for the game and improving golfers is clear for all to see.
‘In all honesty, I love every session. I value my position and use everything in my armoury to improve golfers of all levels. I believe improvement can be found in all areas of the game – especially with solid swing mechanics and a sharp short game. Now with the aid of Trackman and high level video technology, I can pin point areas of improvement precisely and my players have crystal clear clarity on what we are trying to achieve’.
Would highly recommend anybody who wants to improve their game to work with Luke. I’ve been working with him for around 6 months now and already have seen 5 shots drop off my handicap. As well as excellent technical knowledge, most importantly it’s clear how much Luke cares about your game and puts all his time and attention into each lesson. Even in just a small number of lessons, he can help you make clear improvements to your game.
‘Luke has been a brilliant coach. There are several things that sets him apart. Firstly, he really cares about helping you improve and gets so committed to it that your lesson will run beyond allocated time. Secondly he understands the mechanics of an effective golf swing, but more importantly is able to communicate it in a way you can understand. Since I have had Luke as a teacher my game has improved substantially and I will not take lessons from anyone else. I have also recommended him to friends who also speak highly of him’
Warren DeFoy
PGA Qualified
Trackman Certified

Warren DeFoy
Warren DeFoy started playing golf at a very early age. He was brought up around the game by his father who had a successful career on the European Tour. By the age of 13 he’d already won three county events. He turned professional age 17 and embarked on a tournament career that included two professional wins. An attempt at the European Tour School was an invaluable insight into what it required in both talent and dedication to make it. Whilst not fulfilling the dream of tournament golf, Warren discovered a passion for helping fellow golfers reach their potential. With 15 years of experience being a full time coach, he’s helped thousands of golfers of all abilities expand upon their skill sets and fall in love with the game.
“My simple golfing philosophy is that every player has the ability to improve every aspect of their game. The only hurdles are the ones we put in front of ourselves. I aspire to develop each golfer’s technique, as well as their mental approach to the game. I ensure that the process is fully understood in order for each golfer to constructively practice in order to fulfil success on the golf course. Golf should be fun for all and this is a prerequisite for my coaching. Improve your technique, learn about your individual golf games and enjoy the journey.
I am personally thrilled at being able to coach using Trackman at Next Level Golf. There is no question that using the technology system that most of the world’s top professionals and amateurs utilise can only speed up the process of improvement for all.
I look forward to helping you all fulfil your golfing potential.
Warren is a great golf coach. I have used a number of coaches prior to meeting Warren 5 years ago but Warren is in a different league to them.As a golfer who started playing later in life he has me striking the ball in a way I thought only possible for the guys who started as kids. Although his approach is uncomplicated, but he puts a lot of emphasis on building an understanding of why certain changes are required which is useful whenever tempted to revert back to old habits.
I never leave a session without having moved forward and always really enjoy my time.
Warren is an exceptional golf coach with the ability to rapidly get to the root cause of poor shots and help a player understand the key factors to address. He has a great understanding of the mechanics of the golf swing, but does not get too ‘technical’ with his coaching. Instead, he explains things in a clear and simple way, and provides strong, practical practice drills and tips which help embed new swing thoughts.Warren’s teaching style is confident, friendly and accessible. He quickly understood what the most important things were to change in my swing, broke these down and explained them to me clearly. In the time I have been working with Warren, he has addressed some of the key flaws in my game, and allowed me to bring my handicap down by several shots. Lessons with Warren are hugely enjoyable – with the perfect balance of practice/technique, but also fun and conversation. I have no hesitation in recommending Warren as a golf coach to players of all abilities and am confident he will help improve your game and scoring.
Guy Gibson

Guy Gibson
From the age of 14 Guy has competed at a high level in many amateur events around the UK and Australia until he turned Professional in 2014 and started his PGA. During this time he was lucky enough to work with some of the very best coaches in the country. He found that he was always very interested in the technical side of the game and loved working with coaches that use Trackman.
“Trackman is such a great tool to show the golfer and coach exactly what is happening during moments of impact. Producing accurate and viable data that can help the coach not only improve accuracy of shots but optimise distance for the student as well”.
He now feels that all of that knowledge accumulated, countless hours of practice and experienced tournament pressure will put him in good stead to help others.
When I first came to see Guy I had a bad slice on every drive and long iron shot. No confidence. Goal was to get a swing that I could trust so that when I went on golf trips or played with friends I could compete properly.Guy was very direct with what was happening and the how we can fix the problem. Giving me simple instruction to improve my ball flight and helping me understand the process to making a repeatable swing. After a few session I saw huge improvements which gave me great confidence and it all makes sense.
My game has now been transformed and my last golf trip was a great success. Carding a 92 on Pebble Beach when without lessons it would have been – easily – 105.
I highly recommend getting some expert advice and tuition from Guy. He has taken my golf game to a much more consistent level. He is extremely approachable, friendly and very easy to engage and interact with. Guy understands the best methods and coaching techniques to fix my swing issues and also identifies longer term swing fixes that now gives me that much needed and welcome consistency when out on the course. Through Guys coaching and understanding of my game he’s taken my handicap from 22 down to 15 in less than a year!
